Special Guest Teachers + Facilitators
Holly Gilbert of Breathtaking South West will be holding space and guiding an incredible 2 hour Breathwork session to tap into the body's innate wisdom to heal.
Breath regulates our nervous system and clears physical, emotional + chemical blocks.
Ashlee Spencer of Yoga by the Coast will lead us in her magical and empowering Vinyasa Yoga Class for 90mins to open our physical body, strengthen our foundations + guide energy shifts.
Sarah McLachlan is your guide and host for the duration of the Radiance Retreat. With over 15 years experience in the industry, Sarah will lead your workshops / masterclasses. These are targeted to grow self awareness, understand the subconscious operating of our mind, transcend your PAW Print / Belief Systems and unveil the Vibrational Quantum Model of the world.
As an experienced Physiotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Inner Child and Timeline Facilitator, Sarah will also facilitate Pilates-based sessions, meditation, key subconscious access cues, energy activation sessions + nature-based integration for the group.
Fusing her degree in Science with the quantum field, Sarah will also teach embodiment tools to assist integration and reclaim your personal power.

Included in the immersion are all your beautiful, homemade Ayurvedic breakfasts and dinners.
These are made by a qualified Ayurvedic Chef in-house for you to devour and boost your natural energy through seasonal wholefoods.
Tucked away in the trees and next to the raw beauty of Smiths Beach and Canal Rocks, your modern apartment at the Premalaya sanctuary comprise of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and are fully self-contained with your own private balcony.
Each twin share apartment overlooks the gardens and rustic outdoors relaxation area. Our workshops and classes are held onsite in the beautiful studio.
